Kiddo Flow
In the app (fastest)
- Sign in to Kiddo Flow in the app or at kiddoflow.app.
- Open Settings and scroll to Leaving Kiddo Flow.
- Choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you see a confirmation on screen. If you are the only director at a center, add another director or contact us first so the center is not left without one.
By email
If you cannot sign in, or you want information about your child removed (not just your own account), email [email protected] with the subject "Deletion request" and include:
- Your name and the email address on your account
- The name of your childcare center
- What you want deleted: your account, a child's record, or both
We reply within 5 business days and confirm who you are through your center before acting.
What gets deleted
Your profile, sign-in, kiosk PIN, notification tokens, saved payment method and messages you sent, plus the links between you and any child's record.
What the center keeps
Childcare licensing rules require a center to keep some records about a child: attendance, incident reports, medication logs, signed forms, immunization records and paid invoices. Those stay with the center for the licensing period (7 years by default) and are then deleted automatically. Everything else about a child is deleted within 30 days of an approved request.
Timing
Crash reports and server logs that could identify you expire within 90 days. Backups roll off within 14 weeks.
OutScouted
By email
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my OutScouted account." We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, sign-in, linked GameChanger session and every report you ran. Payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting.
Timing
Deleted data is removed from our live systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
To unlink GameChanger without deleting your account, choose Disconnect in your OutScouted dashboard.
