Kiddo Flow is software for running a childcare center. Directors, teachers and families use it to keep the records a license requires and to share each child's day. Children do not have accounts and do not use the app.

For directors

Live staff-to-child ratio monitoring against your state's licensing rules (Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas tables built in)
Enrollment, classrooms, staff assignments, staff timesheets and a waitlist
Incident and injury reports, documents and electronic signatures
Tuition invoices, with optional card payments through Stripe paid out to the center's own Stripe account

For teachers

Check children in and out, including on a shared kiosk tablet with a personal PIN
Daily logs for meals, naps, diapers, medication and activities, plus photos when the center allows them

Where it runs

Kiddo Flow runs in any modern browser at kiddoflow.app and can be installed to a phone's home screen. Native iPhone and Android apps are on the way to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Check-in keeps working when the connection drops and syncs when it comes back.

Your center's data

A center's records belong to the center. We never sell them, never advertise with them and never use them to train AI models. Read the Kiddo Flow privacy policy for the details.
